Angel tattoo designs are gaining popularity

Gambar
Angel tattoos are probably the most common designs for women worldwide. Angel tattoos can be versatile and may be used to create unique designs in a lot of different ways. Angels are thought to be one of the most beautiful heavenly creatures and represent different ideas to different individuals. Professional tattoo studios typically have a number of angel tattoos to pick from and each might possibly be altered into whatever design you'd like. Angels have represented beauty, purity, and spirituality in several different cultures throughout history. The character of a angel has often been employed to symbolize someone's transformation to a higher plane of existence, either physically, mentally, or spiritually. Most angel tattoos have a great amount of detail so the attractive nature associated with the design and style and the intricate aspects of a design can match the loveliness associated with the angels which have been depicted in literature and art. Nick's Memorial for a Lost Friend

Gambar
I met Nick, a tattoo artist from Virginia, on a warm fall day back in 2017. He shared this poem on his torso: Nick explained: "This is a memorial piece for somebody who I loved very greatly in my life. I don't usually talk to a lot of people about it. Even my closest friends don't know who this is for. We had a really long deep friendship and then at one point it was a mistake that was made and we never really got to fix it up and then she moved away and then she overdosed in North Carolina and I mean I didn't get this tattoo for like six years afterwards because I couldn't deal with it but it helps." He composed the poem and the bird represents the albatross from Samuel Taylor Coleridge's The Rime of the Ancient Mariner . Thanks to Nick for sharing this with us here on Tattoosday! Lori's Siamese Twins With a Somber Memorial

Gambar
Back in June, I met Lori at the Coney Island Mermaid Parade . She shared this tattoo on her arm: This cool tattoo of Siamese Twins has tattoos of its own, including the "10/30" visible on the chest. Lori explained that this refers to today, October 30, which she referred to as the "happiest and saddest day," noting that it was the day she married her husband, but it was also the day he died, one year later, on their first anniversary. She credited the work to Mike at Read Street Tattoo Parlour  in Baltimore. Thanks to Lori for sharing this lovely, yet haunting, tattoo with us here on Tattoosday! This entry is ©2018 Tattoosday. Remembering Chester

Gambar
Chester Bennington ( @chesterbe ) from  Linkin Park ( @linkinpark ) died a year ago today. Earlier this month, I met Nicole at the Summer Vibe Tattoo Convention on Long Island and she shared this fascinating dot-work tribute to the singer: Nicole was a huge fan of Linkin Park and Bennington and got this tattoo the night after he died. It's a huge thigh piece that appears differently, depending on the angle you;re viewing it. She credited the artist Ilya Cascad ( @ilyacascad ) with the work, noting it was seven hours in the making. Thanks to Nicole for sharing this amazng tribute with us here on Tattoosday! This entry is ©2018 Tattoosday.
